When Telstra gets it right they do a very good job - but oh dear! sometimes it takes them a while!
Yep! Everyone (well, almost) that I have dealt with at Telstra has been courteous and as helpful as they can be, but the system that they have to operate within is not good. Not good at all.
"not good at all" is the understatement of the year.It's atrocious.jj
